Karlyn is a Senior Project Manager who currently works in Scotiabank, International Banking, Retail Lending. A native of St. Lucia, Karlyn migrated to Toronto in 2003 and has worked with Scotiabank for the past 15 years.
She is also the President of the Scotia Caribbean Professional Network – An employment resource group helping to engage and empower Scotia employees. She is also a Speaker, Host and Creator of the OWN your Individuality workshop series. Through her platform, Karlyn help individuals believe in who they are by examining what they place on their belief window with the help of OWN – ownership within themselves.
She is the President of The Bellemoun Community Youth Network (B.C.Y.N) – a not-for-profit organization formed to help build capacity for social development through community engagement and social enterprise for the Caribbean, Latin America and Canada.
